We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience in the mechanical and machinery industry to handle installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of industrial machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and service industrial machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and equipment-related issues.
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Identify equipment faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Perform machine inspections and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service requirements.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of machine maintenance and repairs.
- Provide basic technical guidance and operating instructions to customers.
- Travel to customer sites for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting as required.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during service activities.
