Job Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to work on the development of hearing technology, wearable electronics, consumer products, and professional audio devices.

The ideal candidate should have solid CAD skills, an engineering mindset, attention to detail, and an interest in product development, prototyping, simulation, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality 3D CAD models for hearing aids, wearable electronics, and consumer products.
- Develop plastic, metal, and silicone components suitable for mass manufacturing.
- Prepare production-ready assemblies, engineering drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance stack-ups.
- Design products considering acoustic performance, waterproofing, ergonomics, reliability, and manufacturability.
- Perform DFM, DFA, and injection molding design.
- Collaborate with Electronics, Acoustic, Firmware, Mechanical, and Industrial Design teams.
- Create exploded views, BOMs, technical documentation, and assembly instructions.
- Support rapid prototyping using 3D printing and validate prototype designs.
- Assist in product testing, debugging, and engineering improvements.
- Participate in engineering reviews and product optimization.

Educational Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- Industrial / Product Design candidates with strong CAD skills may also apply.
- M.Tech candidates are welcome.

Experience

- Freshers with excellent CAD skills are encouraged to apply.
- 1–5 years of experience in Product Design or Mechanical Design is preferred.
- Experience in consumer electronics, medical devices, wearables, IoT products, or audio products will be an advantage.
