The ideal candidate must hold a PhD or have cleared the NET examination and should possess solid expertise in core management subjects. The candidate must also be capable of handling Finance-related subjects with confidence and clarity.

This role requires excellent communication skills, subject mastery, and a passion for teaching and academic growth. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Teach and mentor MBA (Finance) students across core and elective subjects, including Finance.

- Design, update, and deliver curriculum aligned with academic standards and industry requirements.

- Guide students in projects, internships, and research activities.

/n

- Participate in academic planning, department meetings,



and institutional initiatives.

/n

- Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and ensure academic excellence.

/n

- Engage in research, publications, seminars, and professional development activities.

/n

- Support accreditation, documentation, and quality assurance processes

- PhD in Management/related field or NET qualification (Mandatory).

- Strong knowledge of General Management and Finance subjects.

/n

- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

- Prior teaching experience in higher education preferred.
