We are looking for a Marketing Technology Intern / Fresher who is interested in learning about HubSpot, CRM, marketing automation, and digital marketing.

About the Role

This is a learning-focused opportunity for a fresher or recent graduate who wants to build a career in Marketing Technology (Martech), HubSpot, CRM, and Marketing Automation.

You will work with our marketing and technology teams and get practical exposure to HubSpot and other Martech tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day activities in HubSpot CRM.
- Help create and manage basic HubSpot workflows and automation.
- Assist with updating CRM records and maintaining data.
- Support email campaigns, forms, landing pages, and other marketing activities.
- Assist with HubSpot CMS and website updates.
- Help prepare basic marketing reports and track campaign performance.
- Research new Martech and AI tools.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting of HubSpot-related issues.
- Support the team with data collection, documentation, and other Martech activities.
- Work with marketing, sales, design, and technical teams.
- Learn and follow HubSpot best practices and internal processes.

Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.




- Strong interest in Marketing Technology and Digital Marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Previous knowledge of HubSpot is an advantage but not mandatory.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of HubSpot or any CRM.
- Familiarity with WordPress or website management.
- Basic understanding of email marketing.
- Interest in AI tools and marketing automation.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Interest in B2B or SaaS marketing.
