We are looking for a Marketing & Sales Executive in IT Field who can generate quality leads and contribute to business development. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and creating new business opportunities through suitable online and/or offline lead-generation methods.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads for the company's IT and digital marketing services.

- Identify and approach potential clients through appropriate channels.

- Conduct outbound calls, online outreach, networking, field visits, or other lead-generation activities as required.

- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.

- Understand prospect requirements and coordinate meetings with the management/sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Support the sales process and contribute toward achieving lead and business targets.

Requirements

- Lead generation experience is mandatory.





- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident in approaching and communicating with potential clients.

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or digital marketing will be an advantage.

- Ability to independently identify and explore new lead-generation opportunities.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.

- Comfortable with both online and offline lead-generation activities.

- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, email, and digital platforms is an advantage.

- Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales may also be considered.
