Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing Specialist role based in Surat.

The Marketing

Specialist will plan and execute marketing campaigns that support business objectives and promote OrangePI’s IT services and consulting offerings. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying target segments and opportunities. The role involves developing and refining marketing strategies, coordinating with sales and service teams, and creating marketing materials for digital and offline channels.

Specialist will also engage with existing and potential customers, support customer service initiatives, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports and insights to management.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams effectively.
- Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze markets, define target audiences, and develop data-informed campaigns.
- Sales and Marketing skills to support lead generation, nurture opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a agile environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and basic data analysis for tracking and optimizing marketing performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in IT services or consulting marketing is an advantage, along with a strong interest in technology and business solutions.
