Job Summary

We are looking for an aggressive, result-oriented and highly connected Marketing Manager to drive business growth for our Security & Manpower Services division. The candidate should have proven experience in generating new business, developing corporate and government clients, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires strong networking, client acquisition, tender awareness, and contract closure capabilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Client Acquisition

- Generate new business opportunities for Security Guard Services, Armed Guards, Ex-Servicemen Security, Manpower Outsourcing and Facility Management Services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Manufacturing Units, Warehouses, Logistics Companies, Educational Institutions, Hospitals, Banks and Government Organizations.
- Identify and acquire new clients across NCR and North India.
- Conduct client meetings,



presentations and commercial negotiations.
- Convert leads into long-term contracts and annual service agreements.

Market Expansion
- Develop strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build strong business pipeline through direct marketing, references and networking.
- Explore opportunities in Industrial Security, Banking Security and Corporate Security Services.
- Create partnerships with large organizations for manpower outsourcing projects.

Tender & Government Business Support
- Identify Government, PSU and GeM tender opportunities.
- Coordinate with tender team for bid participation.
- Maintain relationships with government departments, corporations and public sector organizations.
- Support business expansion through contracts obtained from tenders and direct negotiations.

Client Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent client satisfaction levels.
- Conduct regular client visits and review meetings.
- Resolve client concerns and ensure contract renewals.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key decision makers.

Revenue & Target Management
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual business targets.
- Prepare business forecasts and sales reports.




- Track competition and market trends.
- Ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

Required Skills

- Proven track record of bringing security or manpower contracts.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of security industry pricing, manpower costing and service contracts.
