Srushti Flexprint Solutions is a specialized supplier of photopolymer plates, flexo inks, and press consumables to adaptable packaging convertors and label manufacturers across India. As we expand our core business, we are also building smart tech solutions (including AI-driven quality inspection and hardware/software tools) for printing plants.

The B2B Context (Must Read Before Applying)

This is not a traditional consumer/B2C social media role. We do not make viral reels, lifestyle posts, or generic motivational graphics.

Our target audience consists of Plant Heads, Technical Directors, Operations Managers, and Managing Directors of Flexo Printing Plants. These are senior manufacturing professionals who care about press downtime, dot gain, plate mounting precision, and ink viscosity.

Your role is to act as an execution partner to the Founder—converting raw technical insights from plant floors into structured LinkedIn content, building target account databases, and driving inbound business inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

- Content Execution & Formatting (40%)

Transcribe raw voice notes or bullet points from the Founder into polished,

well-structured LinkedIn posts using AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT).

Format posts for high readability (hooks, bullet points, line breaks, bolding).

Create clean, technical 5-to-6 slide PDF carousels on Canva (e.g., troubleshooting charts, plate cleaning guidelines, defect fixes).

Schedule 4 to 5 posts per week on LinkedIn.

- B2B Prospecting & Lead Generation (40%)





Conduct market research to identify target companies (Flexo Printing Converters, Flexible Packaging Plants, Corrugated & Label Printers).

Build clean lead lists in Google Sheets (Company Name, Plant Head/Technical Director, LinkedIn Profile URL, Location).

Send targeted, personalized connection requests using pre-approved nonsalesy templates.

- Account Monitoring & Growth (20%)

Monitor post comments and incoming Direct Messages (DMs) daily.

Immediately flag sales inquiries or technical questions for the Founder to answer.

Track weekly metrics: connection acceptance rates, profile views, post impressions, and inbound leads generated.

Requirements & Qualifications

Written Communication: Excellent written English with the ability to write in a professional, grounded, B2B tone.

Tool Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with ChatGPT/Claude (prompting for B2B writing), Canva (basic graphic design/PDF carousels), and Google Sheets/Excel.

LinkedIn Expertise: Understanding of LinkedIn formatting, personal branding, lead search filters, and basic networking etiquette.

Aptitude: Curious about industrial manufacturing/engineering. Comfortable dealing with technical jargon without getting overwhelmed.

What You Will Gain

Fixed + variable stipend based on performance (Rs. 5000 per month + Rs.

500 for every lead generated and converted into an order of minimum value by you) and completion certificate.
