Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support MIDASX's marketing function across campaigns, automation, analytics and digital presence. The role offers hands-on exposure to email/WhatsApp marketing, marketing automation, SEO and analytics tools, and cross-functional coordination - ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in B2B/B2B2C fintech marketing.

Key Responsibilities

● Send, proofread and manage marketing email and WhatsApp campaigns; track and report on campaign analytics.

● Build, test and optimise marketing automation flows, logic and funnels.

● Manage and maintain the marketing database, ensuring accuracy and hygiene.

● Draft and design marketing and customer-experience emails.

● Support SEO initiatives and manage Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console,



Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics 4.

● Assist with vendor coordination for marketing assets as required.

● Create basic graphic design assets using Canva for campaigns and communication.

● Segregate and route leads to the relevant departments.

● Coordinate and manage Zoom/Google Meet sessions, including podcast mic and video setup.

● Take accurate notes during meetings and translate discussions into explicit action items.

● Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively go beyond stated scope where needed.

What We're Looking For

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

● Strong written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.● Basic familiarity with email/WhatsApp marketing tools, marketing automation platforms, or analytics tools (GA4, GTM, GSC, Clarity) is a plus.

● Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.

● Highly organised, proactive and adaptable, comfortable managing multiple tasks at once.

● Ability to take initiative and ownership beyond assigned responsibilities.

● Interest in fintech/BFSI is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
