About the Role

Inventive Infotech is hiring energetic Field Marketing & Business Development Executives for our software products in Pune. The company will provide leads and customer data. Your responsibility is to contact the assigned leads, visit customers, understand their requirements, explain the product, conduct follow-ups, and help complete the sales and onboarding process.

This is not a cold-calling or door-to-door lead-generation role. You will work mainly on leads provided by the company.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome. A software or IT background is not required—we provide complete product and process training. However, candidates should be comfortable using computers, Android smartphones, mobile applications, and business software.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with company-provided leads
- Visit prospective customers across Pune and conduct face-to-face meetings
- Understand customer requirements and explain our software solutions clearly
- Coordinate product demonstrations with the technical team
- Handle customer questions and follow up until the process is completed
- Assist with documentation, order confirmation, onboarding, and basic field support
- Update lead status and submit daily activity reports through company software
- Maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers

Candidate Profile
- Fresher or experienced candidate with a genuine interest in field marketing and business development
- Graduate, postgraduate, diploma holder, or equivalent
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Quick learner with a positive, responsible, and target-oriented attitude
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, HR teams, and managers
- Basic computer, internet, mobile-app, and software-handling skills
- Able to handle follow-ups and customer objections professionally
- English, Hindi, and Marathi communication preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred

Mandatory Requirements
- Own two-wheeler in good working condition
- Valid driving licence
- Own Android smartphone
- Willingness to travel regularly within Pune
- Able to report to the Wakad, Pune office as required
