Key Responsibilities
Manage and review day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
Internal audits and monthly process controls
IPO advisory and transaction support
Financial Due Diligence (buy-side & sell-side)
Growth strategy and promoter advisory
Family office investment analysis and monitoring
Financial modelling, MIS, and management reporting.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
1–2 years of post-qualification experience in Accounts, Finance, Audit or Taxation.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Auditing and Financial Reporting.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, logical and numerical abilities.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to independently handle responsibilities and work within deadlines.
