Monitor patients’ nutritional progress and modify diet plans when required.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare specialists.
Maintain accurate patient nutrition records and documentation.
Educate patients about healthy eating, portion control, and lifestyle modification.
Ensure compliance with hospital/clinical nutrition protocols.
