We are looking for experienced BMC Helix Developers with robust hands-on expertise in BMC Helix ITSM development, customization, integrations, workflows and reporting.

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, develop and implement BMC Helix applications and solutions
Customize BMC Helix modules,
workflows and user interfaces
Integrate BMC Helix with enterprise systems and third-party applications
Work with Intune, SCCM, XSOAR and monitoring tools
Maintain synchronization between BMC Discovery and CMDB
Support Digital Workplace, Smart IT, Helix Dashboard, SSO and Remedy ITSM
Configure Foundation Data and ITSM modules
Manage Service Requests through SRM/Digital Workplace Catalog
Create and maintain reports and dashboards
Troubleshoot technical issues within defined SLAs
Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with stakeholders
