Job Title: Associate Legal Counsel

Education : LL.B. (Hons.)

Location: Recent Delhi

Experience: 5 - 9 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.
Handle marketing, advertising, media, PR agency, sponsorship, celebrity endorsement, influencer, and brand collaboration agreements.
Review and negotiate technology-related agreements such as SaaS agreements, software licensing agreements, software development agreements, and platform terms of use.
Draft and negotiate commercial agreements with banks, NBFCs, payment aggregators, vendors, service providers, and business partners.
Support mergers, acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents including SHA, SSA, SPA, APA, and BTA.
