Job role - Business development Executive

Company name - Nexgen Solutions (Franchise of CADD Centre)

Counsel students and specialists about CADD Centre training programs.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.

Follow up with prospective candidates and convert inquiries into admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM/Excel.

Build relationships with colleges, corporate clients, and local businesses to generate business opportunities.

Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities and events.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide excellent pre- and post-admission support.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update management on progress.

Key Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales and negotiation skills.

Lead generation and follow-up.

Customer relationship management.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
