Role & responsibilities
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
Handle customer complaints related to gear motors, gearboxes and power-transmission equipment.
Provide timely technical support and ensure complaints are closed within agreed TAT.
Maintain positive customer relationships and provide regular service updates.
Breakdown & Troubleshooting
Visit customer sites for breakdowns, inspections and troubleshooting.
Identify causes of gear tooth failure, bearing damage, overheating, vibration, noise, oil leakage, seal failure and shaft damage.
Recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Installation & Commissioning
Supervise installation and commissioning of gearboxes and geared motors.
Ensure proper alignment, mounting, coupling, lubrication and operating conditions.




Verify performance after commissioning.
Root Cause Analysis
Conduct RCA and failure analysis for major and recurring failures.
Prepare technical reports with findings and recommended corrective actions.
Coordinate with Design, Quality and Production teams for permanent solutions.

Preferred candidate profile Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering / Mechatronics or related discipline.

Experience: 612 years in industrial gearbox, geared-motor, power-transmission or mechanical equipment service.
