Key Responsibilities
Counsel prospective students and convert leads into admissions.
Handle inbound/outbound calls, follow-ups, and student queries.
Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
Guide students through the application, documentation, and admission process.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
Build solid relationships with students and parents throughout the admission journey.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in education sales, admissions, counselling, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and counselling abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
