Key Responsibilities:
Operate press brake machines CNC to bend metal sheets accurately.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
Set up tools, dies, and back gauges as per job requirements.
Measure and inspect finished parts using vernier calipers, gauges, and measuring tools.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish as per quality standards.
Perform basic machine maintenance and daily cleaning.
Follow safety procedures and use PPE at all times
Report machine issues, defects, or deviations to supervisor.
Maintain production records and job cards
Skills Required:
Knowledge of press brake operation and sheet metal bending
Ability to read technical drawings
Basic understanding of material grades (MS, SS etc.)
Familiarity with measuring instruments
Attention to detail and quality consciousness
Ability to work in shifts and meet production targets
Experience:
2–4 years of relevant experience in modular furniture, interior, or architectural product manufacturing
Experience in preparing technical drawings for production & execution
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
