Key Responsibilities
Prepare CNC router programs using AutoCAD and ArtCAM.
Create tool paths for Wood, FRP, PVC, PPH, or other sheet materials.
Select appropriate cutting tools and optimize machining parameters.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and customer designs.
Perform machine setup, program prove-out, and first-piece inspection.
Optimize cycle time while maintaining product quality.
Troubleshoot machining and programming issues.
Ensure preventive maintenance and follow safety procedures.
Required Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and ArtCAM.
Experience with CNC router machine programming.
Knowledge of G-code and CNC machine setup.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Valuable understanding of cutting tools, feeds, and speeds.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
