We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Collection Executive to manage customer collections, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely recovery of dues. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to handle customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers through calls, messages, and other communication channels regarding pending payments.
Follow up regularly on outstanding and overdue payments.
Maintain accurate records of customer payments, commitments, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers to understand payment issues and agree on realistic payment timelines.
Ensure timely collection of assigned accounts as per company targets.
Maintain daily collection and follow-up reports.
Escalate difficult or long-pending cases to the reporting manager.
Coordinate with the Accounts and Operations teams regarding payment status and discrepancies.
Handle customer queries related to outstanding dues professionally.
Ensure all collection activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and applicable guidelines.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
1–3 years of experience in collections, telecalling, recovery, banking, finance, real estate, or a related field.
Freshers with robust communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate
Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
