Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Provide end-to-end functional and operational support for Medidata RAVE and iMedidata across the clinical trial lifecycle.
Investigate and resolve issues related to RAVE study build components, including Edit Checks, Custom Functions, Derivations, eCRFs, and study configurations.
Analyze production issues, perform impact assessments, and coordinate with study teams and technical teams to drive timely resolution.
Support study startup, amendments, migrations,



database lock activities, inspections, and other study lifecycle requests.
Troubleshoot custom integrations by analyzing SQL data, validating system behavior, and resolving interface-related issues.
Collaborate with Clinical Data Management, Study Teams, Developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex application issues.
Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests while adhering to SLAs, GxP, SOPs, and quality standards.
Perform root cause analysis, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance system stability and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain knowledge articles, process documentation, and standard operating procedures to support continuous service improvement.
