Digital Marketing Executive – Meta & Google Ads

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and lead generation. Freshers with positive practical knowledge and relevant certifications/projects are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, pixels, conversion tracking, and retargeting
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL and ROAS
Conduct audience and competitor research
Create and test different ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaign strategies
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports
Identify opportunities to improve lead generation, conversions, and overall campaign performance
Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms
Coordinate with the content/design team to develop effective ad creatives

Requirements
Valuable understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads




Knowledge of Facebook/Instagram advertising and Google Search/Display/YouTube Ads
Understanding of basic analytics and performance marketing metrics
Ability to analyze data and make optimization decisions
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Practical knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Canva/Photoshop is a plus
Experience with AI tools for marketing, research, content creation, or ad optimization is an advantage

Freshers Welcome Freshers can apply if they have good practical knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, relevant certifications, personal projects, internships, or previous campaign experience.

Key A laptop/system will not be provided. Candidates are required to have their own laptop or computer for work.
