Minimum 7 years of experience in executing projects and marketing engineering products or services — especially in building materials like external cladding.

Experience in doors, windows, or façade business is a plus.
At least 2 years of experience coordinating design, manufacturing, procurement, and site execution activities for large or multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with quality.
A Bachelor’s or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute.
A pleasant personality with robust communication and interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and finalize deals and terms.
A valuable understanding of technical specs and engineering drawings — this is a big advantage.
The ability to read tenders and prepare technical/commercial bids for both government and private clients on time.
The capability to follow up after sending offers, convert leads to orders, and meet sales targets independently.
