Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
Supervise daily office operations including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.
Ensure availability of office supplies and manage procurement processes.
Maintain records of administrative expenses and budgets. Vendor & Facility Management
Coordinate with vendors for services such as housekeeping, security, transport, and catering.
Negotiate contracts and ensure timely payments.
Oversee facility management including repairs, utilities, and infrastructure upkeep.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to administration.
Maintain accurate records of contracts, licenses, and agreements. Support audits and inspections as required.
Employee Support Services
Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees.
Handle employee queries related to administrative services. Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Process Improvement
Identify gaps in administrative processes and recommend improvements.
Implement automation tools for efficiency in admin operations.
Qualifications & Skills
Business Administration, Management, or related field.
8 -12 years of experience in administration or office management.
Solid knowledge of vendor management, facilities, and compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software tools.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts effectively.
