WareDepot is a pan-India 3PL warehousing and fulfillment company headquartered in Wagholi, Pune. We operate 6 fulfillment centers across Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Hyderabad, serving 100+ D2C and B2B clients.

Overview

Candidate will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound/outbound handling, inventory management, marketplace order processing, timely pro-active communication, and documentation compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound/outbound operations — receipts, issues, dispatches, and billing
Receive, verify, and inspect incoming materials/documents against orders
Pick, pack, and dispatch orders (B2B, D2C, and marketplace) within SLA timelines
Process orders from marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.) via seller dashboards — update inventory, and order status
Prepare GRNs and dispatch documents
Coordinate with transporters/courier partners for pickups and customer for daily updates
Maintain accurate stock records; perform regular stock reconciliation and monthly inventory reports
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
Handle returns and reverse logistics — inspect,



verify, and update inventory accordingly
Manage damaged/lost shipment cases
Track KPIs: dispatch SLA, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, return rate, fill rate
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies and marketplace guidelines
Prepare MIS reports on orders, inventory, and returns

Skills Required
Working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, basic formulas, reconciliation)
Comfortable with professional emailing and documentation
Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or e-commerce operations preferred
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Professional attitude with attention to detail and ownership
