We’re looking for a Candidate Success & Project Coordinator to join our team in Recent Barrackpore, Kolkata.
The role involves working closely with candidates, scheduling meetings, understanding their requirements, tracking their roadmap, following up on action items, documenting recommendations, and coordinating with mentors and internal teams to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

We’re looking for someone with:
Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer/client coordination experience
Valuable follow-up and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
A proactive and customer-focused approach
