We are looking for experienced and highly customer-focused professionals to join our International Email / Non-Voice Process supporting premium customers and world-class, super-premium content creators.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, maturity, ownership and the ability to independently handle complex customer interactions while delivering a high-quality, personalised experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle premium and high-value customer interactions through email and other non-voice channels.
Provide personalised and skilled resolutions while maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
Independently manage complex customer queries and escalations.
Demonstrate strong ownership and accountability for customer issues from start to resolution.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions beyond standard scripted responses.
Maintain excellent written communication, accuracy and attention to detail.




Work effectively with minimal supervision while consistently meeting quality and productivity expectations.
Handle sensitive and high-priority customer situations with professionalism and sound judgement.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduation is mandatory.
2+ years of relevant experience is mandatory.
Solid experience in International Email / Non-Voice Customer Support.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Robust experience in premium / high-value customer service.
Excellent customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Strong ownership, decision-making and escalation-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle complex customer situations.
Experience in premium customer service, international processes, luxury, hospitality, OTT, fintech, travel or other high-touch customer support environments will be preferred.
