Responsible for field acquisition, onboarding and activation of Cab, Auto & E-Rickshaw captains on Rapido.
Key Responsibilities
Visit local markets, stands, workshops and transport hubs to acquire captains.
Generate leads and explain Rapido earning prospects.
Complete captain onboarding and KYC.
Help captains with app installation and first ride.
Conduct local activation drives and build driver/dealer/fleet relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly activation targets.
Maintain daily field reports and follow up with inactive captains.
Candidate Profile
12th Pass minimum; Graduate preferred.
0–3 years of experience in Sales, Field Operations, FMCG, Telecom, FinTech, Driver Acquisition, etc.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with field work and target-based roles.
Local market knowledge preferred.
