Job Title: Marketing Executive

Job Summary The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the dealership, generating customer leads, increasing showroom footfall, supporting sales activities, and developing local marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase showroom visibility and customer enquiries.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, promotional activities, events, and digital platforms.
- Visit potential customers, corporate offices, institutions, residential areas, and other target locations.
- Promote two-wheeler products, offers, finance schemes, exchange offers, and dealership campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team and ensure proper follow-up of marketing-generated leads.
- Conduct promotional campaigns, roadshows, display activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities, including WhatsApp promotions and online campaigns.
- Maintain daily records of leads, customer interactions, field visits, and marketing activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, offers, pricing, and local market trends.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, institutions, clubs,



and other potential customer groups.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market information to management.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation, enquiry, and conversion targets.
- Perform any other marketing-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in automobile, FMCG, retail, sales, or field marketing will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Working Conditions

- Primarily field-based with regular visits to the showroom and assigned market areas.
- Travel within the assigned territory may be required.
- Performance-based incentives may be provided as per company policy.
