Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support our marketing and corporate communication initiatives. The selected candidate will be responsible for assisting in the development of professional content, digital marketing activities, social media management, and marketing communications.

The role will provide an opportunity to gain practical exposure to B2B marketing, manufacturing and technology communications, brand management, digital media and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Development

- Develop professional and engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, website, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Prepare content related to the company's products, technologies, projects, capabilities, achievements, events, and organizational initiatives.
- Draft social media posts, captions, articles, newsletters, brochures, and other marketing communication materials.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain accurate technical and business information for content development.
- Translate technical and manufacturing-related information into clear, skilled, and audience-oriented content.

2. Digital Marketing & Social Media

- Assist in planning and maintaining the organization's social media content calendar.
- Support the execution of digital marketing and social media campaigns.
- Monitor relevant industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Assist in tracking social media performance, engagement, reach, and other relevant metrics.
- Provide creative recommendations to strengthen the company's digital presence and brand visibility.

Creative & Visual Content

- Assist in developing graphics, presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing collaterals.
- Support the creation and editing of videos, reels, product demonstrations, and other digital content.
- Assist with photography and videography during company events, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and organizational activities.
- Ensure that all visual and written content adheres to the company's branding and communication standards.

4. Marketing & Corporate Communication Support

- Support the Marketing team in executing campaigns, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
- Assist in preparing company presentations, product profiles, brochures, and other business communication materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect information and supporting materials required for marketing activities.
- Assist with employer branding and internal communication initiatives, wherever required.
- Undertake other marketing and communication-related assignments as directed by the reporting manager.

Required Qualifications

- Recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Business Administration, Media Studies or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing fundamentals.
- Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities.
- Good knowledge of content creation and basic graphic design.




- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma or other relevant tools will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of photography and video editing is preferred.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical information effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Profile Candidates with any of the following will be preferred:

- Demonstrable portfolio of social media content, graphic designs, videos, articles or other creative work.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering, technology, or B2B business environments.
- Ability to independently conceptualize and execute creative content ideas.
