Position: Marketing & Branding Manager

About the Role

Aarin Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Marketing & Branding Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the company's brand presence, increase customer engagement, and drive business growth in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent hospitality brand identity.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and online platforms.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Create and coordinate content, promotional campaigns, offers, events, and brand communications.
- Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Plan local marketing activities and promotional campaigns to increase business visibility.
- Coordinate with design agencies, photographers, influencers, vendors, and other marketing partners.
- Monitor online reviews, customer feedback, and brand reputation.
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, events, offers, and promotional activities.
- Track marketing budgets, campaign performance, leads, conversions, and ROI.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.




- Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
- Work closely with the Sales, Operations, HR, and Management teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Identify new marketing channels and opportunities for business growth.
- Ensure all marketing materials follow the company's brand guidelines.

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 4–7 years in Marketing & Branding, preferably in the Hospitality industry.
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Branding, Communications, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, resorts, F&B;, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Creative thinking with strong commercial awareness.
- Valuable knowledge of marketing analytics and campaign performance measurement.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
