Marketing Associate

About the Role

Pharma Now is looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The role will involve supporting and executing marketing campaigns, events, promotional activities, social media initiatives, and on-ground marketing activities.

The ideal candidate should enjoy interacting with people, organizing events, exploring new marketing opportunities, and contributing to the growth and visibility of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate and support pre-event, during-event, and post-event activities.
- Assist with event registrations, participant coordination, logistics, vendor coordination, and on-ground execution.
- Represent Pharma Now at events, exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional activities.
- Interact with visitors, customers, professionals, partners, and other stakeholders during events.
- Support lead generation and customer engagement activities through events and marketing campaigns.
- Assist in creating and distributing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, banners, and other promotional content.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, event organizers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Support social media activities, including content coordination, event promotions, and campaign updates.
- Research industry trends, competitors, events, conferences, and potential marketing opportunities.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Maintain records of marketing activities, event participants, leads, and campaign performance.
- Collect and analyze feedback from events and marketing campaigns.




- Coordinate with the Business Development team to share and follow up on leads generated through marketing activities.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, events, leads, and campaign performance.
- Support the marketing team with other brand-building and promotional initiatives as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in Marketing, Event Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in marketing are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
- Comfortable interacting with new people and representing the company at events.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with an interest in marketing and promotional activities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for events, exhibitions, and marketing activities when required.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Canva, MS Office, or Google Workspace is an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
