Required Technical Skill Set: Manufacturing Engineering – Process Planning, NPI & Aerospace Quality Systems /n Location: Bangalore. /n Experience: 3 to 12 Years /n Must have: /n /n

- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements.

/n

- Develop and maintain manufacturing process plans, routings and work instructions.

/n

- Configure and support MES systems, digital work instructions and Engineering-to-Manufacturing data flow.

/n

- Implement engineering changes including ECN, BOM updates, process modifications and source transfer projects.

/n

- Lead and support NPI activities including APQP, PPAP, FAIR, SPC, MSA, process validation, qualification, and production readiness reviews.

/n

- Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans.

/n

- Support production operations, resolve shop floor issues and monitor manufacturing KPIs.

/n

- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints using RCA 8D, and 5-Why methodologies.

/n

- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.

/n

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Zero-Defect initiatives,



and process capability enhancement (Cp/Cpk).

/n

- Maintain manufacturing documentation and quality records

/n

- BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

/n /n Good to have: /n /n

- Expertise in precision machined aerospace components made from Titanium, Stainless Steel, and Aluminum alloys.

/n

- Robust knowledge of AS9100, aerospace standards, and customer quality requirements.

/n

- Lead NPI, Industrialization, Production Transfer and Manufacturing Readiness activities.

/n

- Support integration and utilization of CAD, PLM, ERP, and MES systems across manufacturing operations.

/n

- Drive Industry 4.0 and shop floor digitization initiatives.

/n

- Develop and monitor manufacturing KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics.

/n

- Conduct manufacturing capability assessments and support supplier industrialization and development.

/n /n Software/Other Skill: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, SAP ME/ERP, Teamcenter, Siemens NX, Net -Inspect, Power BI, Visual Basic (VBA), APQP & PPAP Documentation.
