- Recruit, onboard, and train SME agency partners.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, field visits, and joint calls.
- Monitor and drive daily activity, productivity, and conversion ratios.
- Maintain strong relationships with agents and SME customers.
- Track MIS, funnel management, and achievement of monthly/quarter targets.
