We are seeking an experienced Manager/ Senior Manager FP&A; to support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and business performance analysis within a fast-paced global organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience supporting US-based operations, and a proven ability to partner with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership teams while contributing to finance transformation, process automation, and AI-enabled initiatives.

Must have CA Intermediate. Prior experience in IT Staffing is strongly preferred; IT Services/Technology Services experience will also be considered.

Work Schedule: US EST shift (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)

Location : Work from office, Noida

Key Responsibilities

- Preparing Annual Budget for the company.
- Preparing and Forecasting monthly Profitability at Company / Client level.
- Variance analysis between budgeted and actual numbers with reasons and identifying area of improvement.
- Preparing Revenue and Cost analysis, Breakeven analysis, Headcount analysis and other ad hoc analysis.
- Responsible for Business Performance Reporting Analysis on regular basis to help achieve Business Goals and also help management on Strategic decision making.
- Work with US Accounts teams to close Monthly and Yearly Financial books. Also analyse Financial Statement.
- Excellent Analytics experience for IT companies ( strictly).
- Good business understandings. will deal with business heads regularly to help making decisions,



good presentation skill to present and report to Senior management.
- Independent, takes full charge of the assigned roles, vigilant in getting facts and figures and can read between the lines with the speed to execute

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of progressive experience in Finance/FP&A;, with robust hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business planning.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Staffing is strongly preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in IT Services, Technology Services, SaaS, Consulting, Professional Services, or similar industries will also be considered.
- Experience supporting US-based business operations and stakeholders.
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and financial modeling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Zoho Analytics, Zoho One, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks Online, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with accounting systems, process automation, digital transformation, and AI-enabled business processes.
- Experience leveraging AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies to improve productivity and reporting.
- Demonstrated success driving process improvements, workflow optimization, and operational efficiencies.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented, and collaborative setting.
