Manager – Quality Assurance & Enablement /n Hospitality Audits · Training · Systems /n Noida / Delhi NCR · Full-Time · In office · 5–8 years experience /n Company Description /n Uniliv is a leading provider of secure, cozy, fully furnished student housing and co-living accommodations across India, with a strong focus on tech-enabled property management and residential solutions. The company offers convenient, community-driven living in major cities through an all-inclusive rental model with minimal security deposits and transparent, single-fee rent. Residents benefit from premium amenities such as modern, fully-equipped rooms, 24/7 power backup, high-speed internet, and regular housekeeping and laundry services.
By removing everyday housing hassles, Uniliv empowers people to succeed and experience the future of connected living nationwide. /n About the Role /n As Uniliv scales across cities, consistency is everything — every resident, in every property, should experience the same hospitality-grade standard. This role exists to make that consistency real and repeatable. /n We're looking for a rare hybrid: an operator who can walk into any property and audit it to a five-star hospitality benchmark, and a builder who can train frontline teams and design the systems that keep quality high long after the audit is done. You'll own two equally critical mandates — assuring quality on the ground and enabling the people and processes that deliver it — and you'll build both from first principles. /n This is a foundational role for someone who takes pride in standards, thinks in systems, and gets energy from turning "how we do things" into something documented, teachable, and scalable. /n What You'll Own /n Quality Assurance & Hospitality Audits /n /n
- Conduct full-fledged property and hospitality audits across housekeeping, hygiene, F&B;, rooms, common areas, maintenance, reception, security, staff conduct, and every resident touchpoint — benchmarked to hospitality standards.
/n
- Run scheduled, surprise, and mystery audits to capture the true on-ground experience, then re-audit to confirm findings are closed.
/n
- Produce structured audit reports — photos, ratings, risk areas, action owners, and closure timelines — and maintain a live property quality scorecard that surfaces top and bottom performers.
/n
- Hold property teams accountable to standards firmly and fairly, driving corrective action without creating friction.
/n /n Training & Team Enablement /n /n
- Design and deliver structured training for Customer Support and Sales teams — covering service standards, communication, soft skills, product knowledge, and customer handling.
/n
- Build onboarding programs, playbooks, and refresher modules that get new team members productive faster.
/n
- Measure training impact through assessments and on-ground performance, and close skill gaps as they emerge.
/n /n Systems & Standards (Building From Scratch) /n /n
- Create the quality backbone from the ground up — audit frameworks, SOPs, checklists, scorecards, and escalation/closure processes.
/n
- Codify tribal knowledge into documented,
repeatable standards that scale with the business.
/n
- Partner with operations and leadership to translate audit and training insights into continuous, measurable improvement.
/n /n What You Bring /n /n
- 5–8 years of experience spanning hospitality quality/audits and team training or enablement.
/n
- Hands-on expertise conducting property and hospitality audits at a genuine hospitality standard — housekeeping, F&B;, rooms, common areas, hygiene, and service quality.
/n
- A proven track record training Customer Support and Sales teams, including designing and delivering your own content.
/n
- Demonstrated ability to build systems and processes from zero — SOPs, checklists, audit frameworks, scorecards, and training programs.
/n
- Strong command of hospitality service standards, SOP compliance, and quality-assurance methodology.
/n
- Sharp observation, follow-through, and reporting discipline, with the maturity to hold teams accountable without conflict.
/n
- Confident communication, facilitation, and public-speaking skills.
/n
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools for scorecards and tracking.
/n
- Comfort working on-site across multiple properties in a dynamic residential environment.
/n
- Background in hospitality, hotels, co-living, or student housing strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
/n /n Why This Role Matters /n You won't be maintaining a system someone else built — you'll be building it. As Uniliv grows, the standards you set and the teams you train become the foundation every future property is measured against.
