Experience

- 5–12 years of experience in Nutraceutical/Pharmaceutical formulation manufacturing.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role handling production operations.

Qualification

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Food Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
- B. Pharm / M. Pharm

Job Role Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing formulation production activities to ensure timely manufacturing of quality products while maintaining compliance with GMP, FSSAI, SOPs, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Manage formulation manufacturing of Powders, Gummies, Oral Liquids, Tablets, Capsules, Sachets and Effervescent Tablets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSAI, HACCP, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Prepare/Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation.
- Coordinate with R&D; for formulation scale-up, technology transfer, and new product commercialization.
- Collaborate with QA, QC, Stores, Warehouse, Procurement, and Maintenance for smooth production operations.
- Monitor production efficiency, batch yield, machine utilization,



and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packing materials, and production resources.
- Lead, train, and supervise production executives, supervisors, operators, and helpers.
- Investigate production deviations, implement CAPA, and drive continuous process improvements.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, equipment cleaning, and line clearance before production.
- Maintain workplace safety, hygiene, and statutory compliance while promoting a safe working setting.
- Prepare/Review daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and KPI dashboards for management.
- Optimize production costs through effective resource planning and process improvements.
- Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits and ensure audit readiness at all times.

Pay: ₹18,314.98 - ₹69,117.32 per month
