Position: – Manager Medical Services Company: Prayastech Qualification: BAMS / BHMS / MBBS Location: Manager Medical Services (BAMS/BHMS/MBBS) - FOR UNIT-1 Address: 6158, near Zilla Parishad, Sidheshwar Peth, Solapur, Maharashtra 413001 Experience: Relevant experience in clinical administration preferred,Minimum 3 years Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month Joining: Immediate joiners or candidates with up to 15 days’ notice preferred Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate day-to-day clinical administration activities. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other clinical staff. Ensure smooth clinical operations and effective patient-care delivery.

Monitor clinical processes and adherence to organizational policies. Coordinate between clinical departments and management. Manage staffing, duty schedules, and clinical workflows. Maintain and review clinical documentation and reports.

Support quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives. Handle clinical staff concerns and ensure effective team coordination.



Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare protocols and regulations.

Prepare reports and provide regular updates to management. Support audits, inspections, and other clinical administrative activities.
