Job Title: Management Trainee – Business Development

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as Management Trainees. This role provides structured training and hands-on exposure to marketing, sales, business development, client servicing, team management, HR, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies for clients.
Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Support business operations, resource management, and day-to-day management activities.
Participate in training and development programs for team members.
Gain practical exposure to HRM, HRD, leadership, and team development.
Develop leadership, communication, negotiation, and business management skills.




Progress towards managing a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) based on performance and leadership capabilities.
