We are looking for a Full time E-Commerce & Social Media Executive for our showroom dealing in Ladies Suits, Jewellery & Bedsheets.
Responsibilities
Manage our Instagram account, including posts, reels and stories
Create straightforward product photos/videos using a smartphone
Upload and update products on our website
Add product photos, prices, descriptions, sizes and stock
Manage Instagram and WhatsApp customer enquiries
Process and coordinate online orders
Keep online stock updated with showroom stock
Handle basic customer support, returns and exchanges
Help increase online sales through Instagram and the website
Maintain basic records of online orders and sales
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Valuable knowledge of Instagram and WhatsApp
Experience in e-commerce/social media preferred
Knowledge of Shopify/WooCommerce is an advantage
Good communication skills
Creative, responsible and willing to learn
Previous experience in clothing/fashion e-commerce will be preferred
