Customer Relationship Executive – Mumbai

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 2–3 Years (Mandatory)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, build solid client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Candidates with experience in any manufacturing industry are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication with customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Maintain customer records, order details, and communication history.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Dispatch, and other departments as required.
Follow up on orders, deliveries, payments, and customer requirements.
Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the concerned teams.
Support customer retention and improve overall customer experience.
Prepare regular reports related to customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements
2–3 years of relevant experience is mandatory.




Experience in any manufacturing industry is acceptable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to coordinate with multiple internal departments.
Customer-focused, proactive, and organized approach.
