We are looking for a motivated Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, build solid client relationships, and support business growth through cross-selling and telesales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries and provide excellent service.
Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
Identify prospects for cross-selling products and services.
Conduct telesales calls and follow up on leads.
Achieve customer satisfaction and sales targets.
Update customer records and coordinate with internal teams.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
2 to 3 years of experience in Customer Service, CRM, Telesales, or Sales.
Knowledge of cross-selling and telesales processes.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Work Location: Porur, Chennai.
