Manage the Directors calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate internal and external meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
Handle emails, correspondence, presentations, and confidential documents.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external Team.
Track key deadlines, action items, and pending decisions.
Prepare MIS reports, presentations, and business documents as required.
Coordinate with departments to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the Director.
Maintain organized records and confidential information.
Support the Director in day-to-day administrative and business activities.
Perform other duties assigned by the Director.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Solid follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance and conduct.
