General Manager – Tea Production, Blending & Exporting

Responsibilities
Manage overall business operations including production, blending, procurement, quality, sales, exports, logistics, and administration.
Plan and monitor tea production, processing, blending, packaging, and inventory.
Ensure consistent quality, taste, aroma, and product specifications.
Oversee tea sourcing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, tea gardens, brokers, and auction houses.
Develop and manage international export markets, distributors, buyers, and business partners.
Identify recent markets and opportunities to increase export sales and profitability.
Monitor costs, budgets, margins, inventory, and overall financial performance.
Lead and motivate teams across production, quality, procurement, sales, and export departments.





Candidate Profile
Graduate/MBA in Business Management, Food Technology, Agriculture, or a related field preferred.
8–10+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the tea, FMCG, food processing, or commodity industry.
Robust knowledge of tea production, blending, sourcing, quality, and export operations.
Experience in international sales and business development will be an advantage.
Commercially driven with a solid focus on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Upto - 10 Lac/Annum

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
