Executive Chef – Modern Indian Café Looking for an experienced and creative Executive Chef with strong knowledge of Modern Indian and contemporary vegetarian cuisine.
Key Requirements
Expertise in Modern Indian cuisine and cutting-edge plating - Knowledge of Continental, Asian, pizza & pasta - Menu development and seasonal specials - Solid food costing and wastage control - Recipe & portion standardisation - Kitchen team leadership and training - Inventory and purchase control - Excellent hygiene and food-safety standards - Ability to maintain consistent taste, presentation and service speed Experience: 8–12+ years preferred, with prior Head Chef/Executive Chef experience.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
