Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for various positions.
Conduct employee onboarding and maintain personnel records.
Coordinate joining formalities, documentation, and attendance.
Assist in payroll inputs, leave management, and HR documentation.
Maintain employee files and ensure HR policy compliance.
Support employee engagement and performance review activities.
Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA/HR or equivalent preferred).
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office and HR documentation.
Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
