Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in HR operations, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, recruitment, and building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage attendance, leave records, payroll, onboarding- exit processes, appraisals, and HR documentation.

Manage employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.

Build strategies for employee retention, engagement, and workplace culture.





Work closely with senior management on manpower planning and support the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple departments.

Qualification (Must Have)

MBA- Human Resource.

Continuous 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial role. Experience in a start -up setting is a plus.

Additional Experiences

Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and performance management.

Ability to handle confidential information and sensitive employee matters professionally

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
