Role & Responsibilities
Maintain, organize, and digitize legal, financial, and project-related documents for real estate transactions and approvals.
Prepare and review sale deeds, agreements, NOCs, OC/CC certificates, and other statutory forms in compliance with RERA, Stamp Act, and local municipal norms.
Coordinate with legal, sales, finance, and project teams to ensure timely submission and archival of documents across project lifecycles.
Track document status, deadlines, and pending approvals using internal trackers or CRM tools—ensuring zero slippage on compliance milestones.
Handle client-facing documentation queries, issue acknowledgment letters,



and assist in onboarding new allottees with paperwork support.
Support audits, inspections, and government submissions by compiling and validating project documentation packages.
