Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM / 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM / Rotational Shifts

Role Overview

We are looking for an Executive – Finance & Accounts to support day-to-day finance operations, maintain accurate financial records, assist with statutory compliance, payroll, cash-flow tracking, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, receipts, receivables, and payables.
Perform bank reconciliations and assist with monthly book closure.
Maintain journal entries and supporting financial documentation.
Assist with GST, TDS, PF, PT, and other statutory compliance activities.
Track bank balances, outstanding payments, receivables, and payables.
Prepare cash-flow reports and support vendor payment planning.
Assist with payroll processing, salary calculations, and reimbursements.
Support preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, cost reports, and Budget vs. Actual analysis.




Conduct vendor reconciliations and track outstanding receivables.
Maintain accurate digital records of invoices, contracts, and compliance documents.

Key Skills
Positive understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Knowledge of bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, invoicing, receivables, and payables.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, PF/PT, and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Solid numerical and analytical skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Qualification B.Com, M.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts or Finance, who are comfortable working from the office in Magarpatta, Hadapsar, Pune and working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
