Engineering
Experience:
3 to 7 years of experience in any of the following:
Management Consulting
Industrial Engineering
Business Operations
CEO / COO Office
Manufacturing
Supply Chain
Business Analytics / Operational Excellence
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Solid PowerPoint presentation skills
Working knowledge of SAP
Working knowledge of Power BI
Robust analytical and data interpretation skills
Experience in handling large datasets and operational MIS
Behavioural & Leadership Skills:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Solid follow-up and coordination skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong ownership and execution orientation
High level of discipline and confidentiality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Willingness to spend significant time at manufacturing plants and understand the business on the ground
